Created KFF in Sales Order Header; But the value is not saving in the field

Hi Team,

As we are having some customer fields which user requested, we are trying to use KFF's to store some values in that "Additional Order Information" DFF field in Sales Order Header. But the values are not saving in that fields. Please suggest.
