Can´t see Watchlist Menu

Hello,

         We have 9.1.4 tool release instaled in a client, but we can´t see the watchlist menu that tutorials describe. Even in administrator user. Also when we go to the P00950 and we add a new object view we get this error "The current object selected is not available". How could we start working with watchlists?
