'Auto Receive store' option is not working as expected.

I have added a store(store A) in auto receive option and verified in rk_auto_rcv_stores table also. i have created/dispatched transfer from store B to store A, it does not receive the transfer automatically from store B. Do i need to change any setting or system_options?
