Error while creating Standby DB with EMCC. Syntax error (?)

Hi experts,

I'm following this oracle article and testing the Data Guard deploy and management from EMCC 12c. (I've successfully configured Data Guard in the past from command line. I'm just giving a shot to EMCC)

I've followed the steps nicely, but when its launching the standby database configuration job ( right before the "Figure 15: Job Completed Successfully" step in the article ), the job fails in the "task: Create Standby Database" > "Step: Preparing destination", with this error in the log report:
