Accessing Diff OU data from Diff LE using MOAC

Hi All,

I have requirement to access the different OU data from different LE using MOAC. If MOAC allow the user to access other Operating unit data, in which level data restriction happens.

Ex:

Create Security Profile MOAC1 and assign all the OU's irrespective of LE and BG.

Set Security Profile MOAC1 profile to Payable Responsibilities.

Would the system display all the Operating units.
