How to find if a patch will run autoconfig or not (eg: 18151709)?

Hi Team,

How to find if a patch will run autoconfig or not (eg: 18151709)?, we always take a approval from apps team before running autoconfig, this patch autoconfig and I don't see any information in u.drv also.
