Error while scheduling a report

Hi,

We are trying to schedule a report. This report needs to be generated in the file server using SFTP.

But while submitting the report we can see a new window is opening and giving the below error message

"

Error 500--Internal Server Error

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

Can any one please provide any resolution?

Our BIP version is 11.1.1.7.0 and having the latest BIP fix : 18841070.
