Hello,

we are applying our quarterly patches following the below doc

Using JDK 7.0 Latest Update with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.0 and 12.1 (https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1467892.1Doc ID 1467892.1)

Step 3.6: Download and Apply Patches (Linux x86, Linux x86-64, and AIX)

what is ProC Patch?
Patch 16241466

What is it used for?

There is a prerequisite patch that needs to be applied before applying this patch refer to readme of  Patch 16241466... However we can not find this prereq patch?
