Processing Retirement Requests from Projects

Hi Team,

Using the Retirement Requests form created the retirement request for a Project Asset, Where there are no Cost of removal or Proceeds of sale Expenditures incurred.

Is there any way that we can just send Retirement request from PA to FA without retirement adjustment asset and where we can see that request in FA.
