Inventory Picking Rule and Picking Order which gets the priority

We are on 12.1.3 and do not use WMS - just regular Inventory.

We have two subinventories A and B  and  have defined a Inventory Picking Rule  in which under the sort criteria Subinvenotry is ranked 1 and the criteria is Subinventory ASC.Under the subinventory setup in Inventory the picking order is B : 1 and A:2.When we do a pick release will the system pick from B first (due to the picking order ) or from A first (due to picking rule since A comes before ?
