Resource list dosn't contain LOV in capital Project type

Hi Folks,

I am doing the setups for Capital projects type : where in Budget option tab in status reporting when i try to select the resource list,it shows that lov doesn't contain any list.

Where i defined the Resource list,still it is not showing any lov in capital project types - budget option -status reporting ->Resource list (LOV doesn't contain the list)

Can any let me know,is there any setup i missed to get the lov.
