How is current Gross Billing calculated on the Sales Overage Generation Report

Our Real Estate Management staff is concerned that the  Sales Overage Generation report is not calculating  Total/Current/Prior Gross Billing amounts correctly.

As an example last months Total/Current/Prior Gross Billing amount show in the Sales Overage Generation report was 714.51.

This Months Total/Current/Prior Gross Billing amount is showing up as 1375.08.

Resulting in a difference of 660.57 between the two reports.  The is the amount on the reports annual?

In other words was the sales overage amount for this month difference (660.57), and is the Total/Current Gross billing amount of 1375.08 a representation of this month + last month (714.51 + 660.57)?
