Difference in Retain Earning

Hi,

My user is having a difference in an Other Expense, Type- Revenue.  Normally when we close for a year, the difference in income and Expenses go in the Retain Earning Account.  But there is a balance is remaining in the other expense account.

Kindly advise how to move the difference will move to the retained earning account.
