Payables responsibility

HI all

I am using multi org.

After create a Payables responsibility for a new org, do i need to assign any profile settings to it? Do i need to assign any security profile to it? what are the setups that i need to do so this responsibility operate as normal as the other responsibility? Please provide steps for setups
