How to change listener service name?

Hi guys.

   I have a Oracle 11.2.0.3 Standard Edition RAC production enviroment, two nodes, with scan services.

   So, i recently tested a backup into a new RAC installation: diferent IP, diferent scan name, diferent scan ip's.

   With rman, i started to restore production backup into this new enviroment, but unexpectedly application connections began to fail with oracle Shutdown in progress !!!

   Production alert.log says everything is fine, but new connections over production scan  fails with oracle Shutdown in progress. if I connect directly to a node instance, works fine.

   Then, i checked production listener and i saw a test enviroment ip.
