How is P32942 used in JD Edwards Configurator v.9.1?

P32942 can be configured for display of configured item specifications. However, P4210 Sales Order Entry does not have a way to call P32942 and instead it calls P3210. So how does P32942 get used? Any views?

Does anyone have a complete set-up document for setting up sales order for configurator?
