Can a database be restored and recovered without any archive logs?

Good evening!  I am in a situation where some ASM disks were corrupted and the production database was lost.  Also, the RMAN backups and archive logs were lost.  My only option was to get a full RMAN backup without archive logs from another server with the same schemas and data and restore it. Using Oracle's "Duplicate Database" process is out of the question. Anyway, my question is how do I restore and recovery the database without the archive logs?  I prefer to use SCN but not sure how to identify the correct one to successfully restore and recover without corrupting

Howdy, Stranger!
