Can I patch Oracle PSU to an online system

Hi,


Our product platform is base on Linux x86_64, and use Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11.0.2.3.0.

We plan to patch Oracle Grid Infrastructure Patch Set Update 11.2.0.3.11, but our product has a strict QoS rule, so I want to know can I patch Oracle PSU to an online system? Does there has any guide for this Operation?
