There is a business requirement for an alert to be fired after 2 months form DOJ of an employee which should go to employee's

manager with approve/reject/more info options whereby he will decide whether an employee should continue after probation period.

After manager takes his action a notification will go to HR.

Alert does not have this functionality,

as a workaround we want to create a SIT which will have approve/reject options and want to initiate it without user interaction.
