Unable to account the Transactions & Receipts

Hi Experts,

                Am facing Issue in accounting in AR. When trying to account the Transactions & Receipts, It throws a Error " Online Accounting could not be created for this Transaction. Please Inform your System Administrator that Create Accounting Program has encountered an Internal Error"


            I even ran validate Application Accounting Definitions & saw the O/P all are in Valid status & after tht still unable to account the Transaction

              I ran Create Accounting Concurrent Program with Detail as Parametre which completed succesfully & I have uploaded the Log file of the Create Accounting Program. Please check & kindly advise
