Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Business is looking to transfer project budget to a closed project which has been enddated.

E.g. A project is closed / enddated on 31-Mar-2014 cant be selected in to project for budget transfer. It was working for business in 11i.
