How to create new asset for one Activity or how to Send updated values from activity.

I have wrongly created one asset for an activity. Now i want to create new asset for that activity with updated details. How can i do this.

Accounting lines are already generated for the old asset.

I can retire the existing asset, it will solve the issue of wrong asset. But how i will pass updated values from PC to AM through new asset.
