Personalizing Requisition Approval Notification

Hello

My customer wants to remove "Edit Requisition" link from the approval notification email only

BUT

Not from the notification sent in Worklist.

He says he has modified the "Edit Requisition (EDIT_REQ_URL)" attribute but then the link is getting removed from both the Email and worklist notifications.

Apart from workflow customization is there any other way we can suggest us.

Customer is okay to develop new OA page if required.

Any suggestion will be helpful.
