Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Grade (Points Value) not appearing for Basic salary updation

Hi,

Grade LD defined and Point value attached but it is not appearing in the "Basic salary" updation form fo an employee.

I have attached print screen for your reference, kindly check and advice us accordingly.
