Counter Instantiation for Confingured Items

Hi All,

I have an issue regarding the Conter Instantiation Process for a Config Item created through a CTO Process.

Whenever a New Configured Item is created in the CTO Process the Counter Instantiation should be done.

The Configured Item should get added to the Counter Group which is added to the Model Item of the Config and this should reflect in the Install Base when i Query the Counter Group.

But in this case i am not able to see the Configured Item in the Counter Group so Counters are not getting instantiated for the Serials of the Configured Item.
