Integrator to update salary basis fails

Hi,

Any idea why this integrator fails.

I created an integrator to update the salary basis.  I am getting a pl\sql error. I am passing: update mode: UPDATE, Effective date, Object version number, assignment id, pay basis id.  Any idea what is wrong?
