Field Service Task Debrief- Parts requirements - Unable to Create Internal Order

Hello

I was trying to create an internal order for an item defined in the Tasks de-brief section. I have entered the Source Org/Sub Inventory and even checked the Item On hand quantity in the sub inventory.

But when i try to create an internal order by clicking "Create Order" button, the system is showing error "Item Validation resulted in errors" "Item specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified. Please enter a valid item-warehouse combination"

Please help to identify the solution
