Hello,

We are getting an error in the PRC: Transaction Import process.

Unexpected error while processing OTL data. ( Pa_Otc_Api :::  ->Upload_Otc_Timecards->GetOrigTrxRef : Search ei table for available ei record. --  ORA-01403: no data found )

Document 1330321.1 says to contact Oracle Support to get a data fix.  Do I have to raise an SR, or can I get the datafix through the discussion forum.

We are on 12.1.3 delta 5.
