IE JavaScript issue

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

hi,

i have sr 3-9403353411,

here is the description from customer:

"In HR Self Service, after we choose a value from a list of values on the statutory information, we get a javascript error:
Common2_3_6_9.js, line 3619 character 1
This occurs in internet explorer only.  This doesn't happen in Chrome/Firefox.  In Internet explorer, after this issue occurs, nothing happens when we click the "Next" button."

customer already saw Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 389422.1), and other related notes,
he has IE9 and doesn't want to upgrade to IE10,
i've attached the screenshot with the issue,

any ideas?
