Can we change UOM in Standard Purchase Order Auto Created from Purchase Requisition

Hi,

Can we change Unit of Measure in Standard Purchase Order which is AutoCreated from Purchase Requisition. If answer is "Yes" then how, is there any profile option setups for this activate this functionality.
