MetaSolv Solution – Network System Save Degraded Performance Resolution

Oracle has identified and resolved an issue with performance within the Network System save functionality.

[Problem]

After applying the Patch MSS 6.2.1 b696 or Hot Fix Patch 19234655 MSS_6.2.1_696_B6, the application takes more time to save the changes made to a network system.

[Resolution]

If you previously applied Patch 18287975 6.2.1 b696, please download and apply Patch 19520112: MSS_6_2_1_B696_HOTFIX_PATCH_NETWORK_SYSTEM_SAVE_PERFORMANCE_FIX _INCL_SQL

If you previously applied Hot Fix Patch 19234655 MSS_6.2.1_696_B6, please download and apply Patch 19520114 MSS_6_2_1_696_B6_HOTFIX_PATCH_NETWORK_SYSTEM_SAVE_PERFORMANCE_FIX_INCL_SQL
