Product fiscal classification Code Gets Nulled.

I have followed the note: Product Fiscal Classification (Inventory Based) (Doc ID 1107666.1) however when i create a PO or invoice in AR the product fiscal classification gets nulled.

Please see attached file with the setup that i made.

Someone can help me with this?
