solution to configure a Shuttle applet

I have three type of accounts, Parent Account(S_PARTY), Billing Account(S_PARTY), Service Account(S_PARTY).The billing account & service accounts are tied to the parent account. One parent account can have multiple billing and service accounts.another view drill down from billing account i have affiliation view where i can add the service accounts (S_PARTY_REL) to the billing account.

Is there a way i can build a shuttle applet in the billing account list applet  where i can show all the service accounts in the available list and affiliated records (s_party_rel) record in the selected list?
