SAM-QFS 5.4 samfsdump Utility has a Memory Leak and is Failing With an "Out of memory" Error

in Oracle HSM and StorageTek QFS Software (MOSC)

Engineering discovered an issue yesterday with the 'samfsdump' utility having a memory leak.  Dumps on large filesystems are failing with an "Out of memory" error.

Bug 19509912 was filed against the issue and a fix has been developed.

Please open an SR to report the issue and get a code change to resolve this.
