How to set custom DB_CREATE_FILE_DIST in 11g cross platform active standby (between primary windows

Hi,

     I was wondering if any of you have this scenario, i have oracle 11.2.0.1 installed on windows server 2008 64 bit and oracle 11.2.0.1 installed on oracle linux 6.5 64bit both servers running fine.

Primary one is windows machine. Duplication process end successfully but one thing i couldn't set is DB_CREATE_FILE_DIST, i tried some fresh install from the beginnings few times. All the time DBF file is duplicated in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs.

Is there any way to set DB_CREATE_FILE_DIST manually?
