I have created responsibility for Telesales and created Resource group. I have assigned the resource to a resource group.
1. I have assigned the sales and telesales usage for the resource group.
2. I have assigned the resource with the user ID.
I am trying to access the telesales responsibility and facing the following error: APP-AST-207338: Your resource does not have a valid role type and role assigned to it. Please contact your system administrator
