"Post Edit Code does not allow entry"

Dears

  • - SR 14000012 against original order SE 14000120 held on Sales Update with message error “Posting Edit Code does not allow entry” on the free returned line:

  • The basket offer 1400383 expiry date was  30.06.2014
  • The following took place however the same error is still appearing on Sales Update:
    • The basket price adjustment was defined with expiry date 09.08.2014 (SR order date is 08.08.2014)
    • The expiry date of the basket offer was changed to 09.08.2014 in the basket file
    • The expiry date of the offer was changed to 09.08.2014 as well in the price adjustment schedule file

Please can anyone help us on this matter.
