R12.1.3 : Arabic Patch gives error message (Contingent Worker Support (Doc ID 1573874.1))

Hello,

As per the note  (Contingent Worker Support (Doc ID 1573874.1) we applied patches and one of the Arabic patch ended up with the error message.
