Value of the Item not posted to RNV account or Inventory account in the GL

Dears,

- Item 11272 in OP 14000340 was received in 2 OVs one of them issued in 05.08.2014 and the second in 06.08.2014 however:

    • The OV received in 06.08.2014 passed normally in the receipt ledger, item ledger and GL files
    • OV 14004381 & 14004382 (Cost Components) received in 05.08.2014 contains two items (20 CS of item 11272 & 1300 CS of item 11271):
      • OV 14004082 passed successfully to receipt ledger and GL files
      • OV 14004081 passed successfully to receipt ledger file however the value of item 11727 was not posted to RNV account in GL neither to the inventory account

Please can anyone help us on the above case.
