Getting error - java.lang.Exception: Base object APPS.CSF_M_SRTASKS_V doesn't exist

While applying this patch 19265778:R12.CSM.B in UAT, we are getting below error. Same patch went fine in SIT Instance.

FAILED: file AsgRunInst.class on worker  1.
