Preliminary Payment Register ending in error

Hi All,

We are getting below error message while running Preliminary Payment register while building a Payment batch. Error message as given below. Has anyone faced a similar issue and have any solution for this? We are on 11.5.10.

Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 43052126.

Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information.
