JDESOCHNG does not send Message to Work Center

Hi,

We are using JDESOCHNG and JDESOENTRY work flow(JDE 9.1)

Following Setups has been configured

1. JDESOCHNG and JDESOENTRY has been activated

2. Approval hold code(XX for process Hold and AH for Approval Hold) is set.

3. P4210 Processing Option activated for Hold, Work flow and Audit log.

4. Email Preference NOT set

Steps for Order Creation

4. SO Entry created

5. Hold code (XX) is shown on enquiry screen as well as on P43070, but no message in the work center received.
