Data not synchronized properly in Oracle SR and in mobile application

Hi All,

In Oracle SR customer name is DEPARTMENT OF POLICE & JUSTICE, but in mobile application (web to go application) it is coming as DEPARTMENT OF POLICE 738 JUSTICE for same SR.

What can be cause of this error and how to fix it? Please guide.
