Personalization from Collections

Hello - I am trying to create a forms personalization to access Contact Center from Collections.

User logs into Collections responsibility.

Navigates to Collections form ( IEXRCALL).

Queries by Account Number and the form is populated.

Clicks on Action button / CC (Created this as menu item).

Menu item CC it should launch Contact Center and display the corresponding data with the Account Number details from Collections.

When I click CC menu from Collections it launches the Contact Center but no data is displayed.

Created all the personalizations and corresponding menu changes.

Any ideas on why Contact Center is not displaying data. Does it need a special parameter or setting?
