L.INTERFACE_LINE_ATTRIBUTION 1 not in Grouping Rule Optional Characteristics LOV

Hello,

I am creating a new receivables grouping rule where I need to select L.INTERFACE_LINE_ATTRIBUTE 1 as a Group By > Optional Characteristic, but it is not in the LOV.

Other Grouping rules have this selected, but yet it is not the in the LOV.

I attached screen shots.

Any suggestions?
