Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R12.1 Payments Recommended Patch Collection (RPC) has been released and is patch Patch 18999775:R12.IBY.B

See Note 1481221.1 R12.1: Payments Recommended Patch Collection (IBY RPC) for details.

Contains recommended fixes for Oracle Payments (IBY) core engine.
Can be applied on top of any 12.1.x instance with no prerequisite.
This patch will address issues within Payments Core functionality (the AP portion of Payments is addressed in the AP Core RPC)
Reasonably small footprint in relation to the number of fixes delivered
Patch contain AP, AR and OIE objects needed to make it standalone
