OTM 6.3.3 to 6.3.4 upgrade question

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

In reading the installation notes for upgrading from OTM 6.3.3 to OTM 6.3.4 I have to do another full migration and OTM 6.3.4 will be installed in a new directory?

I ran into the issue with the reports not using the Advisor email address from the glog.properties file.
