Change Sign functionality in combination with Jython script in mapping does not work

Hi I have a small question concerning Change Sign functionality in combination with Jython script in mapping. I have in Accounts (in Between tab) a case where certain accounts are named based on Soure Account and value on Custom3. Target is defined in SCRIPT and it works fine in that. BUT in that row I have also tagged "Change Sign". Unfortunately it doesn't work. I have other cases where sign is tagged and they flip normally. So is it so that if I use a script I also have to write change functionality there? And if so what should be
