Cannot open VEVRAA PDF in 2014 Annual Statutory patch.

After installing 2014 Annual Statutory Patch, new updateable VEVRAA PDF documents cannot be displayed (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Disclose Veteran Status) Adobe tries to open PDF and returns message '...could not open

'USVEVRAA9999999999,pdf[1].pdf .....either not a supported file type or because file has been damaged...).

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Attachment shows error message.
