How to enable workplan tab?

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

I go into projects:delivery-> search project page and give a project number, I see the project tab, but not any other tab such as workplan and financial.

I went into functional administrator and went to that menu and added Project Workbench Tab Structure and gave the grants. Now, I go the search project; however, I still don't see other tabs.

Is there any other security setting somewhere I need to enable the tab? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
